I had to try one of those new 2015 Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuzes, for the good of mankind.

Really didn’t want to have to do this, but I did. This year’s Oude Geuze is still really tasty, but I think it’s a little over carbonated and on the sweet side. Letting them age for a while will bump up that funkiness factor, and once that happens I’ll be a happy camper.
