Let’s french press all the stout to make variants! What could possibly go wrong.

We could all get diabeetus and die.

This is just two of the variants we did, there were many more, involving toasted coconut, salt, caramel, you name it. Never has so much BCBS been abused this way in Portland before.

It was actually pretty good! A vanilla variant just didn’t do it for me though, extraction was too slow.
