Did some dinner with friends the other day, and when you’re cooking and eating, you simply must have beer. Without beer, it’s useless.


Upright Fatali Four: Such a fucking fantastic beer, I wish I had more bottles of this…..but I don’t. Spice level is still there, but funkiness is getting stronger!


Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien: Worked fantastically with dinner (asparagus, steak, and polenta). Lightly tart and tannic, so perfect with a simply prepared red meat.


Hill Farmstead Beyond Good and Evil: Maple has faded a bit, but this beer is super integrated now, and singing. If you have a bottle of this, drink it now, I don’t see it getting better with more time.
