Apricot Bu
de Garde Apricot Bu: Looks like orange juice to me. I don’t think this beer has gotten more sour with time, but it has definitely gotten funkier. Make sure to agitate the bottle to stir up all the stuff and then wait a little bit before opening the bottle. The beginning of the bottle was not nearly as tasty as the extremely fruity bits in the second half of the bottle.
